London Luxury Quarter is home to over two thirds of the world’s top 100 luxury brands and more than 100 art galleries. We developed the ‘By Appointment’ initiative for the destination; a curated programme of experiences and tailor-made services. The initiative was endorsed by New West End Company, Heart of London Business Alliance, The Crown Estate and Regent Street Association. 440% ROI and exceeded targets of £1 million in direct inbound spend within the first year.

We collaborated with the Spirit of Youth, supported by founding partners British Airways, Jaguar Land Rover, IELTS and IPSOS as China-wide campaign aiming to inspire the next generation of leaders in China to think and feel differently about the UK. Through a six-month series of activities and events, the campaign focused on promoting deeper collaboration and exchange between the UK and China with highlighted experiences between key luxury brands and notable KOLs.

We brokered a joint venture for Asprey and the Irthi Contemporary Crafts Council, a subsidiary of Sharjah-based NAMA Women Advancement Establishment that works to empower women socially, professionally and economically. Her Highness Sheikha Jawaher bint Mohammed Al Qasimi launched the first international product line to feature the traditional Emirati craft of ‘Talli’ in collaboration with Asprey.

We created the initial tourism strategy for McArthur Glen from a zero base, establishing market strategies and engagement plans across the global tourism stage. We gained over a 60% Increase of Sales and Transactions within 18 months across their 22 centre portfolio in the UK and Europe. This paved the way for the development of an in-house team as a dedicated resource on Tourism making it a key strategic driver for the company.

We established a Tourism Strategy for high-spending inbound markets (China, GCC, Russia and US), bringing to life the in-store content and experience through bookable product and bespoke itineraries which educated and stimulated the target markets across trade and clients.

We positioned our LLQ client as a lead contributor and collaborator within the Best of British, Shanghai show. Through ownership of the Private Members’ Invitation only Club we produced design, collateral, luxury brand product placement, brand representation and key visiting notable individuals to extend the reach and awareness of London’s luxury brands to the attending HNWIs, Luxury Agents and Affinity Partners.
